Rapid Transformational Therapy
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Gary Albert as your Rapid Transformational Therapist & Coach to help you address all the issues outlined in your free discovery call.
THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Gary Albert and you (The Client)
The Client and Gary Albert agree as follows:
1. The Services.
The service was agreed upon during your discovery call.
A. The number of sessions was agreed upon in your discovery call.
B. Time/Date of sessions are arranged ad hoc between client and therapist.
C. Sessions take place on Zoom here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/8308327550?pwd=emhvdGNORFpOY1ZOczVDVHIwSnZEZz09
D. Payment for services is made upfront and in full before your first session is booked.
As part of my therapy and coaching services, I will:
A. Facilitate your therapy session/s to explore and resolve the issues holding you back in life.
B. Create the agreed number of hypnotic recordings for you as discussed on your discovery call.
C. Be available Monday-Friday by text/email/phone call for general support an aftercare.
2. Client Requirements.
The Client agrees to the following terms of my service:
A. To show up on time for each session.
B. Agree that you are responsible for your own healing and transformation and take the required action as discussed in your therapy session.
C. Understand that Gary Albert is not a mental health professional, doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist and source your own support for mental health conditions and disorders.
D. Results can never be 100% guaranteed and are subject to the effort, time and work you put into your own life, healing and transformation.
E. This work does not replace medicine, working with a doctor or a mental health professional.
3. Payment and booking.
Payment is made in full upfront before booking your first session.
There is a strict no-refund policy.
This is to guarantee your commitment with no backing out when/if you meet resistance or challenge. I am here to support you in these moments.
This strict no-refund policy also prevents attracting clients with an “I’ll give this a try” attitude. You are 100% committed and up for the process that has benefited hundreds of my clients over the last decade.
4. Termination.
In the event that the Client desires to terminate the Services hereunder, the Client must submit a written request to Gary Albert Therapy & Coaching by email at (gary@garyalberthughes.com) 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first session).
Written requests to terminate may be made by e-mail but do not guarantee a refund.
5. Insurance policy.
Gary Albert Coaching & Therapy is insured under Balens Insurance:
8. No Guarantee.
Gary Albert Coaching & Therapy does not warrant or guarantee on the level of performance or results. Examples of results obtained for other clients may be used as a marketing tool and shown to Client for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed by Client as indicating any promised results or level of results.
9. Communications.
The Client agrees the communication is to be via email and text, the email address to use is gary@garyalberthughes.com and the phone number is (+44) 07941 344 833
The Company’s office hours are:
Monday -Friday 9-6pm UK Time
Gary Albert Therapy & Coaching typically responds to emails/texts/phone calls within the same day within 3 hours but may be up to 24 hours on holidays and busy days.
10. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement is the final, complete and exclusive Agreement of the Parties. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by each of the Parties, By their signatures below, the parties hereby understand and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
